Message	a credit union is your best bet. I am not sure but I think you may be able to appy with Navy Federal since you are here in California. I know they used to require a member to have been in the armed forces or be a dependant of one who served. I have sen posters at the bank that seems to point to allowing anyone to join now. Goto [ www.navyfcu.org ] and see whats up. They financed out TT at 4.9% and its a 92. They arent like other banks where there is an age limit on vehicles that they will finance.
